With a combined 30 years of experience both on and off the screen, Jonny and Rubi-Mae lead a talented team of DOPs, editors, writers, sound engineers, directors, and a wide range of other industry professionals and creatives. Each year, we collaborate with hundreds of actors and crew members, ensuring that every project is unique. Our roster of creatives is vast, but at the heart of Isaac is a core team of passionate and dedicated individuals who make it all happen.

JONNY DIXON

LEAD CREATIVE

Jonny is an accomplished actor, director and acting coach. His acting career spans some of Britain’s most loved shows; Grange Hill, Coronation Street, Dr Who to name a few, as well as working with companies such as the BBC, ITV, Pinewood Studios, Tiger Aspect and many more. Jonny worked as a facilitator, teacher and creative for some of Yorkshire’s leading acting schools and educational organisations. Having worked both sides of the camera, Jonny has the experience and the know-how to bring stories to life.

RUBI MAE JOYCE

LEAD PRODUCER

Rubi’s film career bagan on the floor as an Assitant Director on some of ITV and BBC’s biggest productions (Peaky Blinders, Butterfly, Gentleman Jack and and more) After moving into production Rubi has worked on a number of BFI and Film4 features and shorts in the UK and has seen every aspect of a production, bringing with her great operational knowledge. Whether it’s navigating the logistics on and off the set, organising cast and crew behind the camera or anything else, Rubi will make your big idea a reality.

AIDAN METCALFE

DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY

With 15+ years of experience working on a wide range of projects from broadcast television and corporate content to commercials and music videos. Aidan has been the DOP on a lot of Isaac’s original content and headed up the camera department for Hattie, Lex Vitae, Real Voices and much more.

BOB GERRARD

PRODUCER

Rob has worked on both scripted dramas and commercial content for some of the biggest clients in the business. Some of his recent work has included producing commercials for the likes of Warner Brothers, Suzuki and Amazon, a series of music videos for Sony and he’s just produced an award-winning Bill Gates-funded drama.

ADAM DAWSON

DOP / POST PRODUCTION

Adam has been fortunate to have worked on a wide range of shorts, commercials, music videos and an independent feature. Adam mainly works behind the camera for Isaac, shooting showreels and working in post production. His wide range of skills cover colour grading, editing, visual effects and animation.
