We are super excited that we have sent our fantasy film, Lex Vitae, to several film festivals and hope to be featured. Devised in 2020 and filmed in 2021, the finished result is finally here and we couldn’t be prouder. A short film with an awesome cast, a tight-knit crew and a fantastic location to shoot in, we’ve created an incredible story for our fantasy world.
This one we are very proud of! Real Voices is a play created by Essential Safeguarding and Safe Productions. It explores the lives of young people who have been groomed and coerced into criminal exploitation. Following the pandemic, the play could not be performed live. So with the help of Oldham Council, Isaac Who created a short film version of Real Voices. This allowed safeguarding education to continue safely within schools and educational settings. The play deals with exploitative relationships which lead to child sexual exploitation, criminal exploitation/county lines and teenage domestic abuse. We are immensely proud of the work we've done on this and hope it makes a difference for at-risk teens.
We are pleased to showcase our work on the short drama film, Assisted. A short but affecting piece on the anguish, confusion and debate around terminal genetic illnesses and assisted suicide. We are really proud to have worked on this piece with the amazing Psychotastic Productions. We provided the crew for sound and visuals along with all the post-production work and our own Jonny Dixon directed it.
